• Swimwear bottoms with removed hygiene liners cannot be returned
• Bras with removed protective strips are non-returnable
• All intimate apparel must be unworn and unwashed for returns

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing time is 1-2 business days before dispatch. We ship worldwide excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped:

• You’re responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• Any customs/duties are your responsibility
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our hassle-free returns:

• 15-day window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Completed return form required
