Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- All original packaging must be included
- A completed return form must accompany your package
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or bras with removed hygiene liners. These items must have all original protective strips intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return:

- Complete the Form: Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form (template provided below)
- Package Securely: Include the completed form with your items in the original packaging

Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred return shipping method:
- Self-arranged shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Prepaid Label (US customers): For $8.95, we can email you a prepaid return label (deducted from your refund).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (credit cards/PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 days to appear in your account
