Where does Layer Outfit ship?
We offer seamless global delivery from our US headquarters, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:
✈️ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Perfect when you need your order quickly. Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days).
🎁 Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Enjoy complimentary shipping via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after processing. Ideal for building your capsule wardrobe.
How is my order packaged?
Your intimate apparel arrives in discreet, secure packaging that protects your items while maintaining your privacy. We take special care with every shipment, just as we do when selecting our collections.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every stitch of your Layer Outfit purchase. If anything isn’t perfect, you have
15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please email
[email protected] to begin the process.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
